HOW DOES WHOLE BODY CRYOTHERAPY WORK?
Cryotherapy works by rapidly lowering the skins temperature for 2-3 minutes using liquid nitrogen to cool the Cryochamber to ideal temperatures of -160 to -260 degrees ferenheit. As the skins temperature decreases, blood rushes to the core, shocking the system and stimulating hormones, as well as the immune and nervous system.
During this process, red blood cells loop through the cardiovasclar system which filters toxins and adds oxygen, nutrients, and enzymes to the red blood cells.
As the body warms, circulation of oxygen and nutrient rich blood rushes back to the muscle and skin tissue as well as surrounding joint space.
